Beauty And Cute How to Crochet a Baby Hat! New Season 2019 Images!

Super Chunky Baby Beanie Pattern

Crochet baby hats are truly perfect for any toddler in your life. Make them for your baby to give on baby showers or donate to charity. Every child needs a head to stay warm, so a soft crocheted beanie comes in handy. Also, of course, crocheted baby hats are very cute.
You can keep them simple with simple stitches and a classic beanie shape. You can add some details like floral appliqué or crocheted animal-style ears like elephant ears. Or you can use detailed embroidery and advanced crochet techniques to create eye-catching decorative baby hats.
The templates here are a combination of all of these options. Do them for any time of the year, any gender, for any reason or no reason at all!

This pattern calls for 9.5mm buttonless needles, which are not often sold. I’ve linked a video tutorial in the blog post for this pattern that shows you how to make your own, or you’ll probably be okay with 9mm needles if you keep your tension low.

The yarn I used is an unnamed yarn, but the above yarn is a good substitute. Other possible replacements are Bernat Pop! Voluminous and red heart Team spirit Chunky.

In the video tutorial I say this would fit from 0-3 months but after trying it on my 6 month old I revised this to 0-6 months (although it would be quite loose on a small newborn , so use your judgment). In the written pattern, the measure is written as 0-6 months. This hat will stretch a lot.
