Crystal Carousel is a semicircle pi scarf with large stripes of stockinette stitch and hexagonal lace. 1 skein of 2 colors of sock yarn each is used to make a scarf with a wingspan of 47 inches and a depth of 19.5 inches, with an elegantly smooth, rounded outer edge. The hexagonal lace is made with just one repeat of 8 stitches, which is easy to remember and knit while talking to friends or watching a show.
