Middleton Purse Crochet Pattern
Crocheting isn’t just a hobby for retired grandmothers – it’s a craft or even an art form that is gaining in popularity. Crochet is both practical and creative, and can be a great way to watch Netflix productively on cold, rainy days. Here we give instructions on how to create a simple bag using basic crochet techniques. This pattern can be adapted to suit almost any size and style of bags.
It was a really fun project for me because it worked fast and felt very “summer”. If you follow the blog, you may remember that I shared the Eco-String Market Knitted Bag Pattern (here) and have received requests for a knitted bag since then. This is definitely the lightest bag I’ve ever made (see my other bags here and here), but also one of the most durable.
The Middleton Purse is a basic and classy purse that will be sure to impress all your friends. The purse is just big enough for wallet and a makeup pouch. Great date night or out on the town bag. This purse was designed with beginners in mind.
